HYROX is a global fitness race held in major cities worldwide. It combines 8 kilometers of running with 8 functional workout stations — all under one roof. The race is designed for everyone: beginners to elite athletes all compete in the same arena, at the same event.

Phase 1
Base Building

Weeks 1–4. Build your aerobic base, movement mechanics, and general work capacity. Learn proper form for all 8 race stations with light loads and sustainable pacing.

02

Phase 2
Race-Specific

Weeks 5–10. Simulate race conditions. Increase station loads, target your weakest movements, and build the mental toughness to push through fatigue.

Phase 3
Peak & Race

Weeks 11–12. Taper, sharpen, and peak. Reduce volume while maintaining intensity. Get mentally and physically primed to deliver your best performance on race day.

Our structured weekly schedule balances intensity and recovery so you get fitter every week without burning out. Sessions are 60 minutes and led by certified Hyrox coaches.
